Damaged, defective, or Incorrect Items

please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect colour selected by the customer
Accidental purchases
We strongly encourage customers to review all sizing information carefully before placing an order, as refunds or exchanges cannot be provided for incorrect size selections.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
Claims relating to lost shipments must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
IntrovertedAlpha™ is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information supplied by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing an order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing.
Unclaimed Deliveries
If a shipment is returned because it was unclaimed by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Refunds will not be issued for shipments that are returned due to failure to collect or accept delivery.
