Every order is prepared specifically for you once it has been placed. As a result, each order requires processing time before it is shipped.

We currently offer standard shipping worldwide.

Please note that total delivery time includes both order processing and shipping time.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before being dispatched.

Processing times may occasionally be longer during periods of high demand, public holidays, promotional events, or product launches.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

United States, Canada, United Kingdom & Europe

Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days

Australia & New Zealand

Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days

Rest of the World

Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, but occasional delays can occur.


International Shipping

IntrovertedAlpha™ ships worldwide.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Customs processing may occasionally result in additional delivery delays that are outside of our control.


Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

IntrovertedAlpha™ is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
